STUDIO
RENTAL INFORMATION
DanceGarden's 1000 square-foot space is available for rental for rehearsals,
workshops, classes, video or television shoots, meetings, performances,
auditions, special events & parties!
Our dance floor is 42 x 20 feet, with high ceilings.
We have one wall lined with mirrors, which can also be covered with
curtains if you prefer.
Our
sound system can play your CD's and is equipped with a hookup for your
iPod, laptop or MP3 player.
We also have ballet bars, a banquet table, and chairs available.
You can view our class schedule to seewhat
times are generally NOT available.
There is one bathroom and a water dispenser with small cups.
We encourage you to bring your own bottles or cups to fill up.
There is a window-style air-conditioning unit and 3 fans for climate control.

Rental rates start at 18$/hour for weekday rehearsals before 6pm, discounts
for ongoing rentals. Special events and equipment usage may incur higher
rates.

POLICIES
Please
note our cancellation policy for all rentals:
Full charge if cancelled within business hours on the same day, 50% charge
if cancelled within business hours the day prior. Valid credit card required
for deposit only, payment may be cash or credit (25$ minimum charge).
No Flamenco shoes in studio.
Studio should be left in the condition it is found, or additional charges
may be incurred.
